Academics, professionals, PhD and graduate students are invited to contribute papers, short papers, and posters on the topic of virtual reality in architecture.

Abstract Submission

Deadline: December 14, 2018 December 28, 2018

Extended abstracts (1500 words max) with up to two visuals (tables or graphics) are accepted for papers, short papers and posters (for details, see below). Submissions will undergo a double blind peer-review process. Authors of successful abstracts will be asked to submit full papers, short papers and posters.

Paper Submission

Deadline: March 15, 2019 April 1, 2019

Full papers (3-5000 words) and short papers (2-3000 words) must address the abstract review comments and follow editorial requirements.

eCAADe RIS is using the ProceeDings Web-based Editing System for submitting papers. The system will be open from 11th March 2019 00:01 until 1st April 23:59 (camera-ready paper deadline).

Please note that this is not a simple upload of your paper but a web-based paper editor, so familiarize yourself and also allocate some time for editing your paper.

1. visit http://proceedings.iemar.tuwien.ac.at/regional
2. click on “register”
3. enter your details and wait for the activation email, then activate/login to your account by following the instructions contained therein.
4. Once you are logged in, you can consult the “User Guide” (button on right-hand menu) for how to input your paper.

Please note that at least one author must register for the conference before the registration deadline to assure the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings. One registration covers the publication of one paper.
